We have focussed on consistency and simplicity. We think you should visit our site to look at our art, not to be fascinated by its technical wizardry (although you might really like the 'view in a room setting' button).

How to find a picture
Browse through the galleries at your leisure, simply click on a gallery name eg. 'Proprietors Choice' and take a look at all the images using your scroll down bar. Additional pages are listed at the bottom of each page.
Search by artist, style, subject or price or any combination of all of them. We apologise if sometimes you don't agree with our categorisation, as with all art much is subjective.
Find out more about each picture
Simply click on the title or the picture. This will provide you with an enlarged photograph of the art and its description. To find out more still, we believe that you should be able to view your choice and understand it in the context of the paper that it is printed on.
'what you see is what you get - click here'
provides you with a picture of your print as it will be shipped to you (including the border and/or frame all depending whether it is framed or not.
'View in a room setting' shows you the print above a sofa so that you get a feel as to it's size. The sofa that it is displayed above is a rather large 1.9 metre wide sofa.
Use your back and forward buttons on your browser to take you through these more detailed areas. The image size provided is either the framed picture size (if displayed framed) or otherwise the paper size.
Buy a picture
When you have made your choice you can start to collect items in your basket. Don't worry, at this stage you are not committed so you can use this as a wish list and at any time go in and delete items by clicking on the red cross at the side of the picture.
When you are ready to place your order, go to 'checkout' and you will be told the cost, including delivery of your items. If you are happy with this, have read and agreed to our terms and conditions, then we ask for your own details to enable us to process your order and then your credit card details which are encrypted and not stored.
What happens next
You will receive an e-mail immediately confirming the details of your order. We aim to despatch your print within two working days. Delivery generally takes a further 1 day. Bear in mind however that we do allow 10 days as a maximum. If we believe that we will not be able to deliver within that time frame we will let you know so that you can decide whether or not to proceed.
If you have any special requests either for packaging, delivery, gift wrapping the item which we will do free of charge, or anything for that matter, do not hesitate to ask. All you need to do is send an e-mail to email@example.com at the same time that you place your order (ensuring that it is sent from the same e-mail address that you have specified as your own) and we will endeavour to meet your requirements where possible.
For unframed pictures, depending on size, they will be either rolled and put in a tube or flat packed in double cardboard, wrapped in acid free tissue, and despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
For framed pictures these are packaged using bubble wrap and foam and boxed. They are then despatched by Parcelforce courier service or again by Special Delivery.
You will only be charged once for delivery at the most expensive rate. i.e. if you order a framed and an unframed print, you will only be charged the delivery once and where possible we will package your pictures together.
